SOLICITATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 6973GH-24-R-00153 - CBP CBTT ERT #2 SOLICITATION FOR PROCUREMENT IN SUPPORT OF CBP DETAILED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE FAA. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. This is a solicitation for the acquisition of the items listed in the Statement of Work titled “16 SIR_6973GH-24-R-00153_CBP CBTT ERT #2_SOW” with the pricing listed on pages 3-5 of the solicitation titled “16 SIR_6973GH-24-R-00153_CBP CBTT ERT #2” which must be completed and included with the signed solicitation (SIR) for the response to considered complete.

Delivery Requirements: Expected delivery of all Section B items (SIR pages 3-5) included in the Schedule is 84 calendar days (60 workdays) After Award. The FAA’s desire and intent are to pursue a competitive award resulting in a single purchase order, based on the lowest price, technically acceptable responsible offer per the Terms and Conditions of the solicitation.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS – 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing Manufacturing Size Standard – 600 Employees Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable.

The FAA requires interested vendors to address the requirements in the attached SIR and complete the Section B Schedule with all items priced, then sign, date, and return the SIR and Section B Schedule by 4:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on Friday, October 11, 2024.
