The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) is seeking proposals from sources capable of completing CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: PTSF Mechanical Upgrades at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings This is a 100% 8(a) Set-Aside IAW included AMS Clause 3.6.1-8 NOTIFICATION OF COMPETITION LIMITED TO ELIGIBLE 8(A)
CERTIFIED SDB CONCERNS The Estimate Price Range: $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Please read the attached Solicitation in it's entirety and all other Attachments. Follow the instructions outlined in Sections L & M for submitting a responsive proposal.
Please include the solicitation number 6973GH-23-R-00133 in the subject line of all email correspondence as indicated in Section L of the SIR Proposals are due by EMAIL ONLY as indicated in Section L of the SIR no later than the closing date identified in the SIR Prospective offerors are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference/site visit to be held at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, Friday, July 12, 2024 via site visit at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center.
The conference will be held for the purpose of site investigation and permit general discussions regarding this Screening Information Request. Offerors are allowed to send a maximum of THREE (3) individuals to represent their proposal (to include proposal teams, if applicable). Please advise the Contracting Officer ,Andre Casiano, at andre.casiano@faa.gov in writing of your intent to attend by 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Wednesday July 10, 2024. Telephone requests will NOT count as notification of attendance.
The Contracting Officer will send out information regarding visitor/vehicle passes and initial meetup location, no later than Thursday July 11, 2024, 12:00 p.m. Central Time to ONLY those that have provided the required response information. Your request should include the following information: (1) Name of company represented (2) Name and title of representative (3) Phone number of representative (4) Email address of representative

Update - Site Visit Attendee List - The Site Visit Attendee List has been posted to this notice. Questions have been recieved and question acknowledge emails sent out. If your company did not receive an acknowledgement that your questions have been recieved, You must contact the CO, Andre Casiano at via phone at 405-954-7850 and via email at andre.casiano@faa.gov
Update: July 24, 2024 - The FAA is currently in the process of answering the questions that have been submitted against this solicitation. The anticipated Q&A Answer Log posting date is July 26, 2024. There will be an amendment to clarify Section M and provide an extension to the due date of proposals and Past Performance Surveys issued on or before July 29, 2024. -Update: July 29, 2024, Amendment 0001 Issuance, Q&A Log #1 (Solicitation Answers Only)- Amendment 0001 is hereby issued.
This amendment corrects Section M to match Section L (removes "no more than (5) five" language), extends the offer due date to Aug 9, 2024, 4:00 p.m. Central Time, and added "Attachment 6 Past Performance Survey rev 1 7.26.24" which revises the Past Performance Survey to reflect the new due date (only change to attachment 06). Q&A Log #1 is hereby posted, this only answers Solicitation specific questions. Question Log #2 will answer Technical questions and will be posted once answers have been formulated.
Anticipate Question Log #2 to be posted on or before July 31, 2024. --Update: July 30, 2024, Amendment 0002 Issuance, Q&A Log #2-- Amendment 0002 is hereby issued which incorporates Attachment 13 Spec 32 13 13 Concrete Paving and Q&A Log #2 is hereby posted --Update: August 2, 2024, Amendment 0003 Issuance, Publish Q&A Log #3-- Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to publish Q&A Log #3, which contains four (4) questions that were inadvertently left off Q&A Log #2 --Update: August 7, 2024 -- Identification of Motor Control Center (MCC) The Manufacturer and Model/Series # of the Motor Control Center (MCC) The existing MDP is a GE Evolution Series E9000.
