SF24 Bid Bond Form The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires site preparation and tower installation services of a fixed tower near Kingsville, TX in support of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Remote Video Surveillance System upgrade (RVSS-U) as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawings.
The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The performance time is 60 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $440,000.00 and $590,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award.
Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. All documents attached to this announcement are considered by the FAA to be in final format at this time. Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission thereof is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA. SITE VISIT A site visit has been scheduled for February 28, 2024 at 10:00am local time at the location below.
You must complete the attached Updated CBP Contractor Information Sheet and forward it to Steven.ctr.Malone@faa.gov and cc Stephen.n.branch@faa.gov on or before February 12, 2024 if you wish to attend. Failure to provide this completed form by this date may result in denial of your access to the site.

INSTRUCTIONS Full instructions for submitting an offer are found in Section L starting on page 46 of the solicitation document. SUBMIT THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND DO NOT EXCERPT PAGES. Fill out the following blocks on Page 2 *Block 14 *Block 15 *Block 16 *Block 17 *Block 20 - Insert Proposed Total Firm Fixed Price on Page 4 Fill in all cells highlighted in yellow, specifically all representations and certifications in Section K starting on Page 38. Submit at least 2 Organizational Experience Forms. DO NOT USE YOUR OWN FORMAT. All projects submitted must have been underway or completed within the last 3 years and the projects must be valued at over $250,000.00.
Examples of projects provided must be relevant to the work to be performed if awarded a contract for this requirement. EVALUATION FACTORS Evaluation factors and basis for award are found in Section M on page 52 of the solicitation document. The FAA intends to award a contract to the lowest price offeror determined to be eligible for award. OFFER DUE DATE All responses to this solicitation for quotes must be received by email to Stephen.n.branch@faa.gov on or before March 11, 2024 at 1600 (4:00 PM) Central Time.
