SF24 Bid Bond Form The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires site preparation and tower installation services of a fixed tower near Kingsville, TX in support of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Remote Video Surveillance System upgrade (RVSS-U) as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawings.

The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The performance time is 60 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $440,000.00 and $590,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award.

Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. All documents attached to this announcement are considered by the FAA to be in final format at this time. Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission thereof is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA.
