SOLICITATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 6973GH-24-R-00052 - CBP IFT BATTERIES PROCUREMENT FOR TUSCON, AZ, IN SUPPORT OF CBP DETAILED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE FAA. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This is a solicitation for the acquisition of the items listed in the attachment titled “16 SIR_6973GH-24-R-00052_CBP IFT Batteries_Qty 249” with all highlighted items completed and the signed solicitation returned by the due date for the response to considered complete.
Delivery Requirements: Expected delivery of all Section B items will have an estimated 150 day lead time, resulting in 24 batteries per month for 10 months, and 9 batteries on month 11. SIR UPDATE: see Q&A Attachment for exception to Delivery Requirement. The FAA’s desire and intent are to pursue a competitive award resulting in a single purchase order, based on the lowest price, technically acceptable responsible offer per the Terms and Conditions of the solicitation.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS – 334112 Computer Storage Device Manufacturing Manufacturing Size Standard – 1,250 Employees Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable.
The FAA requires interested vendors to address the requirements in the attached SIR and complete the Section B Schedule with all items priced, then sign, date, and return the SIR by 4:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on Monday, May 20, 2024. The FAA requests that all submittals, including attachments and pricing sheet, be submitted electronically to the following:
