The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to rehabilitate the Variable Omnidirectional Range (VOR) at the Bangor International Airport (BGR) in Bangor, ME as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
YOU MUST SUBMIT RFQ DOCUMENT 6973GH-24-Q-00205 COMPLETED IN FULL--- Complete all representations and certifications The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 90 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP).The estimated value of this construction project is $90k-$130k. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses.
Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. All documents attached to this announcement are considered by the FAA to be in final format at this time.
Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission thereof is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA.
