The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace 18 windows and multiple doors at the Worcester Regional Aiport (ORH) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in Worcester, MA. A firm fixed price award for this requirement is anticipated to be made to the offeror with the lowest priced quote received on or before June 14, 2024, that can be determined fully responsive and responsible. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB).
This is a competitive solicitation for a FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract. As such, any quotes received that take exception to the terms and conditions in this solicitation, proposes additional terms or conditions, or otherwise indicates within their proposal that their proposed pricing is not all inclusive of the FFP proposed, cannot be evaluated at face value in a competitive environment and will, therefore, be determined ineligible for a contract award.
Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA. SITE VISIT A site visit has been scheduled for June 4, 2024 at 1000 local time at the address below. Please contact the POC below by 6/3/24 if you wish to attend.

RESPONDING TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT The following are REQUIRED to be submitted to be determined fully responsive to this announcement and eligible for award: 1. Completed RFQ Document with all clause fill ins (Complete document, do not excerpt pages) 2. Completed Organizational Experience Questionnaire See Section L of the SIR for further response instruction and minimum information required.
HOW YOUR QUOTE WILL BE EVALUTED See Section M of the RFQ document 6973GH-24-Q-00177 for details as to how proposals will be evaluated. AWARD DECISION The FAA intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the lowest price offeror determined to be eligible for award. The FAA reserves the right to cancel this requirement at any time and without notice.
