This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future. The Government is not seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in support of AJM-3 Enterprise Services (ES) and the planned establishment of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Support Organization (TISO)-within the Program Management Organization (PMO), is seeking information to better understand market capabilities and constraints in providing support of a potential procurement entitled - Enterprise Services Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (ETABSS).

The ETABSS procurement is envisioned to support multiple Directorates and FAA programs within the Program Management Organization. The objective of this potential procurement vehicle is to achieve streamlined, efficient enterprise management of program engineering, technical, and business support services.
