MARCH 26, 2024 The purpose of this Amendment No. 0007 is to provide updated Bid Pricing Models for Areas 1-10 that corrects formula errors. Please see the attached zip file titled "SIR No. 693KA7-23-R-00003 Amendment No. 0007". Price Proposals (Volume IV) is due April 2, 2024 at 2:00PM. All other Volumes are due March 28, 2024 at 2:00PM.

MARCH 25, 2024 The purpose of this Amendment No. 0006 is as follows:

1. Extends the due for the Price Proposal submission (Volume IV) to April 2, 2024 at 2:00PM EST. Please note that the proposal submission due date for all other Volumes is still March 28, 2024 at 2:00PM EST.

2. Provides updated Price Bid Models for Areas 1- 10. * Note: Offerors may change formulas in cells highlighted in yellow in accordance with the Bid Model Proposal Instruction No.1. Please see the zip filed titled "SIR No. 693KA7-23-R-00003 Amendment No. 0006".

March 19, 2024 The purpose of this posting is to issue Amendment No. 0005 to SIR No. 693KA7-23-R-00003 to provide an updated Attachment J-1 "Site Specific Information", and provide updated 'L-2.3 Area 3 Price Proposal Bid Model" and "L.2-4 Area 4 Price Proposal Bid Model" to correct formula errors. Please see the attached zip file titled "SIR No. 693KA7-23-R-00003 Amendment No. 0005". Due date for proposals remains March 28, 2024 at 2:00PM EST.

MARCH 15, 2024 The purpose of this posting is to upload updated Section J Attachment titled "J-1 Site Specific Information Amendment 0004" that was inadvertantly left out of the "SIR No. 693KA7-23-R-00003 Amendment 0004' zip file.

MARCH 14, 2024 The purpose of this posting is to issue Amendment 0004 to SIR No. 693KA7-23-R-00003 that extends the due date for proposals to March 28, 2024 at 2:00PM EST, provides addtional answers to questions submitted as a result of Amendment No. 0003, and provides updated SIR documents. Please see the attached zip file titled "SIR No. 693KA7-23-R-00003 Amendment No. 0004" Addtional questions are no longer being accepted.

FEBRUARY 7, 2024 The purpose of this posting is as follows:

1. Extend the due date for proposals to March 7, 2024 at 2:00PM EST.

2. Provide answers to questions submitted in relation to Wage Determinations, Collective Bargaining Agreements, Site Specific Information and Area Pricing Bid Models.

3. Provide Updated Section J-1 Attachment, J-2 Attachments, J-3 Attachments, Section L and Section L-2 Bid Model Pricing Attachments. All documents related to the informaiton above can be found in the attached zip file titled "SIR No. 693KA7-23-R-00003 Amendment 0001". A susbsequent amendment will be issued to address remaining questions and provide additonal updates to the SIR.

This Screening Information Request (SIR) is for the Federal Aviation Administration’s Contract Tower Program (FCT). Through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Contract Tower (FCT) Program, the Federal Aviation Administration acquires support mission critical and time sensitive air traffic control activities at approximately 264 Visual Flight Rules (VFR) airports throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and Saipan.

The FAA has a seven-year requirement, on a competitive contract basis, to provide air traffic control (ATC) services. There are ten (10) Areas, with Area Sub-Area 2-TEME and Sub-Area 2 TETL, being set Aside for Small Businesses. Furthermore, Sub-Area-2–TETL is set-aside for a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
