THIS SOLICITATION IS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 12.201-1, SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURES.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE FROM INSTROTEK, INC. CALIBRATION SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH AASHTO R18 AND ASTM C1077. THE CALIBRATION SERVICES NEEDED ARE TO MEET THE ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS FOR LABORATORY MATERIALS AND TESTING INSTRUMENTS, TO REMAIN COMPLIANT WITH AASHTO R18 AND ASTM C1077. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
