This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside.

NAICS Code: 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, Size Standard -$45,000,000.00. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov.).
