A00001 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Incorporate the revised statement of work; the awarded vendor must deliver materials no later than 365 days after award.

2. The offeror due date is extended to September 12, 2025 at 2:00PM EST //NOTHING FOLLOWS// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05 August 7, 2025. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 331513 – Steel Foundries (except Investment) with a small business size standard of 700 Employees. The solicitation number is 6923G525Q0410. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing.

SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide Miter Gate Strut Arm Steel End Castings. All in exact accordance with this solicitation, attached Statement of Work (Attachment A), and drawings.

CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds.

CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver materials to GLS no later than December 20, 2025. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver all materials to GLS Receiving Warehouse located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662.
