The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation Contracting Office intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Cruise Lines International Association., under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for the sponsorship of CLIA Diamond Partner Event in the amount of $35,000.00.

No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
