This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an OPEN-MARKET Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ.

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 effective 6/11/2025.

This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation, and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335311with an industry size standard of 750 or fewer employees and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is N061. The technical evaluation factors for this procurement will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis A responsible quoter is one whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
