the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is BRAND NAME and BRAND NAME OR EQUAL FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) RFQ. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 effective 6/11/2025.

This is a SMALL BUSSINESS SET_ASIDE solicitation and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290 with an industry size standard of $22 million and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is N056.

The Technical evaluation factors for this procurement will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. A responsible quoter is one whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
