0460 SUPP LH050 Flight Helmets-Boise NF

The United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, to the Merit Apparel Co Inc under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The USDA anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Merit Apparel Co Inc for LH050 flight helmets.

The anticipated period of performance is one year, June 30, 2024 through June 29, 2025. It is anticipated the Purchase Order will include two firm fixed price option years. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.

However, any information received from any organization, before 3:00pm, June 07, 2024, that believes it can meet this requirement will be considered by the Government for a competitive procurement action.
