Special Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source purchase order for commercial services and is not a request for competitive quotes. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Subpart 13.5 is not applicable. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price, Purchase Order to Agilent. See Attached PWS for specifications and or requirements.
