This is a combined synopsis/solicitation seeking vendors interested in supplying the EPA with an Associate Membership Renewal to the Low-Level Waste Forum. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS), Headquarters Acquisition Division (HQAD), and Office of Air and Radiation (ORIA), under the authority of FAR Parts 12 and 13, are seeking quotes for the Membership services described in the attached SOW. The EPA anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order.

Vendors should submit a quotation for the 2024-2025 Low-Level Radioactive Waste Forum Associate Membership Renewal offering technical information indicating that the services offered meets the specifications. The EPA is seeking to purchase the required membership; offers of partial terms will not be accepted.
