PSC: DA10 Element Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)- Maintenance and Support Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) This is a post-award synopsis for a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) made in accordance with the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.405-3 under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule program (41 USC 251, et seq. and 40 USC 501).

One single-award BPA was awarded to Clinisys, Inc. on July 1, 2025. This single-award BPA was made under an approved Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The BPA was awarded with a base period and four option periods, and the estimated total value for all performance periods is $474,912.00. Work performed under the BPA order(s) will be performed at the contractor’s facility in Tucson, Arizona.

This BPA was established to provide the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with maintenance and support for the Agency’s perpetually owned Element Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software licenses.
