Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to GREAT WOLF LODGE OF GRAPEVINE LLC to purchase a resort experience that provides all-inclusive and on-site lodging, meals, family-friendly attractions, and two meeting spaces in Grapevine, TX. Great Wolf Lodge of Grapevine LLC is the only known provider of all aforementioned, on site purchase requirements within the city of Grapevine, TX.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 24 September 2024 by 4:00 PM CDT at 19 CONS, Little Rock AFB to SSgt Garrett A. Rodgers, email at garrett.rodgers@us.af.mil.
