Notice of Intent to Award - Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Delivery of Various and Miscellaneous Building Supplies and Materials

Notice of Intent to Award – Blanket Purchase Agreement The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center located at Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate six (6) Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with the following vendors: Gallup Lumber Supply Co, Inc. HHB Building Supply, Midwest Motor Supply dba Kimball Midwest, Page Lumber dba Gardner Metals Inc., The Sherwin Williams Company, Summit Electric Supply Co, Inc. The purpose of the Blanket Purchase Agreement is for the delivery of various and miscellaneous building materials, supplies, hardware, electrical supplies, painting supplies, HVAC supplies, lighting fixtures, etc. on an as-needed basis for the Kayenta Health Care Facility Management department.

The anticipated Period of Performance: Award Date to 12/31/2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 4441 - Building Material and Supplies Dealers. No further awards will be made unless the needs Kayenta Health Center encounters changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of the items listed above are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Kayenta Health Center.

Responses to this notice shall be received no later 10:00 am MDT on March 11, 2024. In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
