Notice of Contract Action (NOCA): Limited Source Justification CARAHSOFT

This is a public notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 – Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions.This is not a solicitation for a Request for Proposal, Invitation to Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise, that AFTC/PZRB will take procurement action in the matter. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests.

The AFTC Contracting Directorate (AFTC/PZRB), Edwards AFB intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price sole source task order to CARAHSOFT Technology Corp 11493 SUNSET HILLS ROAD SUITE 100 RESTON, VIRGINIA 20190 against General Services Administration (GSA) schedule 47QSWA18D008F. The contract will be awarded under the authority of 41 United States Code (USC) 152(3), as implemented by FAR Supbart 8.4, and 10 USC 3572 as implemented by FAR Part 13--to include DFAR and DAFFAR supplements.

The applicable NAICS is 541519 with a size standard of $34M and PSC code is DA10. The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirement: Qty 20 - Service oriented Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Licenses Qty 100 - Community Partner Logins Qty 5 - Unlimited CRM Analytics Qty 1 - Network Shield Security Qty 1 - Government Service Cloud Plus environment @ IL4 Expected period of performance (PoP) is 1-year base period with 2 1-year option periods.

This special notice serves as a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and it is not a request for competitive proposal and it is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
