1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Services and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

2. The Solicitation 60100PR250000196 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07 Revision Date 09/30/2024. 4. This procurement is associated with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336611-Ship Building and Repairing, Product Service Code: J019 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Ships, Small Craft, Pontoons, And Floating Docks.

5. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, testing and supervision for the drydocking for the USCG Academy Training Vessel’s RESPECT, HONOR, DUTY and SHUMAN while work is being performed as specified in the below Scope of Work (SOW) and the attached “Specification for Drydock Repairs, Rev-0” for each of the four vessels listed above.

6. The vessels are located at the USCG Academy,15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320.

7. Performance Period: The required performance periods for the drydock repairs are listed below; Feb 18 – Feb 27 (10 Calendar Days) Training Vessels SHUMAN and RESPECT are to be drydocked during the same performance period. This will allow the U.S. Coast Guard Academy adequate time to provide the required number of training vessels for the Spring 2025 training schedule. March 4 – March 13 (10 Calendar Days) Training Vessel HONOR March 18 – March 27 (10 Calendar Days) Training Vessel DUTY 8. Please see attahed SOW.
