1. Contiguous space on one floor is required.

2. Offered Building entrances/exits cannot be located within 1000 walkable feet of certain locations, which include but are not limited to a. A drug-free zone b. Schools 3. Ten (10) onsite, reserved, secured parking spaces. a. Secured Structured Parking is defined as a partially or fully enclosed parking area that resides within a building or as a stand-alone parking structure.

The garage must be access controlled and parking spaces must be marked “Reserved.” b. Secured Surface Parking: Secure outside surface parking may be considered. The parking must be able to be access-controlled and/or a fence may be required.

4. Cannot be collocated with the following entities a. Agencies providing probation and/or parole services b. Agencies providing drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs c. Agencies providing social services d. Residential units 5. Offered buildings/properties are subject to a risk/vulnerability assessment. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
