Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - RSMeans

NOTICE OF INTENT The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase to RSMeans Company, LLC., from the Gordian Group, LLC (Cage Code: 5L556), 30 Patewood DR Bldg. 2 STE 350 Greenville, South Carolina 29615-6810, for the purchase of:

RSMeans Online Complete Software. This cloud-based solution allows 10 concurrent users to make and share estimates with maximum 100 users database. It is completely online and does not require anything to be downloaded to the individual user computers. (You can export excel spreadsheets and PDFs from the online estimator.)

This solution includes data for all the industry cost standards: BCCD, Concrete, Electrical, Green Building, Heavy Construction, Interior, Mech, Plumbing, Sitework/Landscape, Commercial Renovation, Residential New Construction Costs, Facilities, Facilities Preventive Maint. and General Maint., Unit Price, Square Foot Price, Assemblies Cost Trends, Cost Alerts, and Three-Year History Look Back.

The purpose of this action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, RSMeans Company LLC, under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability of responsibility. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based solely upon the Government based on responses to this notice. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
