Intent to Sole Source for Unify Openscape Dispatch System

The 4th Contracting Squadron (4 CONS) in Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NCm intends to award a single source purchase order to provide a system update for the Unify telephone system located in the command post. There is currently only one vendor known of having all Unify Cerification (INemsoft radio gateway, Openscape Voice, Xpert, VNware, and ASC voice recording) and DOD IT Secret clearance required by the DOD. In order to fufill this requirment, 4 CONS intends to singel source purchase order it.

FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and 13.106-1(b), Simplified Acquistion Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition authority. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposal(s). All interested parties that can provide this requirement (also see attached Statement of Work) respond via email to this post no later that 12 August at 1100 Eastern Standard Time. Information received from this intent will be used to consider whether a competitive procurement is possible.
