THE ENCLOSED BOOKLET OF Argonne Representations and Certifications (ANL-70B) is included as part of this request and must be completed, signed and returned with your quotation. Please furnish a firm fixed- price proposal in U.S. Dollars, FOB Destination for an Arc Melter, per the attached Statement of Work, in accordance with the Argonne Applicable Documentation (see page two), of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and on the “Instructions to Offeror’s, dated March 13, 2025, (READ FIRST), all attached to and herby made a part of the RFP. The attached RFP/RFQ and only Argonne Terms and Conditions will govern any resultant order. *Pricing shall be firm fixed price and remain the same after award **Delivery schedule shall be fixed and shall not exceed the dates proposed versus the date on the award Bid will be considered incomplete if not all requested information, listed below, is not provided.
