Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U. S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in La Junta, CO. The Government request office and related space yielding a minimum of 1890 to a maximum of 2172 ANSI/BOMA office area and 1 adjacent parking spaces.

The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alternations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
