8. Signing Authority Proof ( Articles of Incorporation)
9. Conflict of Interest, if required
10. SAM Registration
11. Fire Protection and Life Safety Form Completed
12. Legal Property Description and Tax ID ( Current Tax record)
13. Parking Plan and Narrative ( PDF or CAD of Parking lot and description of reserved parking)
14. Architectural Plans for Building Modernization, if required
15. Asbestos Submittals, i.e., management plan, reinspection report, if required
16. Scaled Floorplan of Offered Space(s) 
17. Test Fit Layout ( Proposed LAyout of space to fit USDA Requirements)
18. TI Unit Price List ( TICS) (Material; and Labor Cost Estimates for each catagory)
19. 2 Contractor Bids for Material and Labor Costs for all construction listed on TICS 
20. Disclosure of any Known Hazardous Conditions or Environmental Releases with/from Offered Space, Building or Property, if required
21. Vending Facilities Statement
22. Energy Star or Other Efficiency Improvements Supporting Documentation
23. Evidence of Seismic Compliance [MANDATORY WHEN INCLUDING SEISMIC PARAGRAPHS UNDER SECTION 2 (SEISMIC SAFETY - MODERATE SEISMICITY OR SEISMIC SAFETY - HIGH SEISMICITY).  OTHERWISE DELETE]

* As mentioned in #8 above, any submission received without written authorization to represent owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received.  In cases where an agent is representing multiple entities, written acknowledgement/permission from each entity to represent multiple interest parties for the same submission must be submitted prior to the Expressions of Interest due date.
