RLP Amendment No. 3 (08/19/2024) Request for Lease Proposal 57-36013-23-FA (RLP) dated 10/17/2023, is modified to increase the maximum ABOA square foot in the lease from 5,142 ABOA SF Maximum to 5,252 ABOA SF Maximum. All other aspects of the RLP remain unchanged from, RLP Amendment No. 2 dated 02/28/2024, RLP Amendment No. 1 dated 01/08/2024 and its 10/17/2023 issuance.
RLP Amendment No. 2 (02/28/2024) Request for Lease Proposal 57-36013-23-FA (RLP) dated 10/17/2023, is modified to extend the due time and date for offers to 4:30 PM Eastern, Wednesday, April 4, 2024. All other aspects of the RLP remain unchanged from RLP Amendment No. 1 dated 01/08/2024 and its 10/17/2023 issuance.
RLP Amendment No. 1 (01/08/2024) Request for Lease Proposal 57-36013-23-FA (RLP) dated 10/17/2023, is modified to extend the due time and date for offers to 4:30 PM Eastern, Wednesday, February 21, 2024. All other aspects of the RLP remain unchanged from its 10/17/2023 issuance.
Attached is Request for Lease Proposal 57-36013-23-FA (RLP) for leashold interest in real property for general-purpose office and related space in Jamestown, New York. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due time and date established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicited offers shall avail themselves of FAR 15.6.
