USDA Seeks to Lease Office and Related Space in Georgetown, Sussex County, Deleware

RLP Amendment #1 (08/04/2026) In accordance with FAR 15.206, the RLP number 57-10005-27-FA, is hereby amended under RLP amendment number 1. The purpose of amendment number 1 is to modify the square feet and parking requirements requested by the Government, update the unique building/property requirements, and updated EXHIBIT B ASR.

EXHIBIT B dated 05/19/2026, is hereby deleted from the RLP package and replaced with RLP amendment number 1 EXHIBIT B. Submission Deadeline RLP amendment no. 1 and RLP amendment no. 1 EXHIBIT B should be downloaded, initialed, signed and returned to the USDA contracting officer or designee by not later than 4:30 PM Eastern, Wednesday, August 12, 2026. All other aspects of 57-10005-27-FA (RLP) remain unchanged, unless otherwise admended by the Government under any possible future amendments.

Attached is Request for Lease Proposal 57?10005?27?FA (RLP) for leasehold interest in real property—general?purpose office space with a ware yard—in Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. The RLP includes all leasing requirements and specifications. Offer Submission Deadline All offers must be submitted no later than the due date and time specified in the RLP.

Offers received after that deadline will be considered late and may be rejected under FAR 15.208(a)–(b), which mandates submission by the specified time and generally excludes late proposals unless limited exceptions apply. Solicitation Notice Period This solicitation is posted in accordance with GSAM 570.106. Unsolicited Offers Unsolicited offers must be within the delineated Area Place of Performance; and not involve a location within a floodplain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer that fails to meet these criteria or is submitted outside the solicitation period.
