The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision for the utility upgrade of Grand Prairie project. Includes to completely construct utility upgrade project including, but not limited to demolition, removal of existing materials, and the construction equipment for the construction for the Utility Upgrade Grand Prairie project in accordance with the Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications.
