The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Dvision intends to procure Brandywine Modular Master Clocks for the Navigation Critical Distribution System (NCDS) on a sole source to Brandywine Communications. 

The proposed contract actions is for parts for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of Far 6.302
