AFNCR-IT Follow On Bidders' Library

The Government will have a Bidders’ Library which potential offerors may access to obtain a better understanding of the technical work required for the AFNCR-IT Follow On. The Bidders’ Library will be available from 05 February 2024 to 15 February 2024, Monday through Friday from 0800 – 1600 hrs. The Bidders’ Library will be held in the Jones Building on Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762. Offerors will be able to request one, two-hour time slot (offerors cannot reserve more than one time slot).

Access to the NMCC documents is limited to two personnel per time slot, per offeror. NMCC related documents will only be accessible in the Bidders’ Library and copies will not be provided. Electronic devices will not be allowed in the Bidders’ Library, but offerors are allowed to take written notes. To reqeust a time slot and arrange access to the Bidders’ Library location, offerors should download the excel file titled "AFNCR IT Follow On Bidders Library Request". Please send the completed document the AFNCR ITS contracting team at AFDW.PK.AFNCR-IT.Follow-On@us.af.mil .
