Notice of Proposed Contract Action - Sole Source - NLETS

In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems (NLETS) Inc for a monthly user access fee and monthly line fee for access to the International Justice and Public Safety Network. Please see attached Special Notice for additional procurement information.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency to the A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
