NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD UNITED STATES COAST GUARD SFLC NORFOLK INTENDS TO AWARD an order for Welin Lambie Davit, post installation, and requried commissioning to Fairbanks Morse Defense 0N 03/24.2025 This notice is to inform companies of the Government intent to award. Ifa company demonstrates the capability to supply the requested parts, the Government may use the response for information and planning purposes.

The purpose of the Notice of Intent is to inform sources of the Government intent to award to a company claiming sole source, this does not constitute an RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this Notice of Intent. All information received in response to this Notice of Intent marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.

The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up clarifying questions to individual companies based on proprietary information submitted without posting those questions.
