An organized site visit has been scheduled for- 13 November 2025 at 10a.m. Eastern If weather does not permit the site visit on 13 November it will be rescheduled for 14 November 2025 at 11a.m. Eastern Participants will meet at- Harbormaster Office 3 Town Pier Bar Harbor, ME 04609 Attendees must RSVP to the Contract Specialist, Kayla Gonsalves, via email no later than 12p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, November 12th.

Please provide the following information to the contract specislist at Kayla.Gonsalves@USACE.army.mil 1. Name of Company 2. Number of participants for the Site Visit 3. Email addresses of participating individuals 4. Cell phone numbers of participants (to be used only for last minute cancellations or information sharing, if needed.)

Note: The breakwater will be viewed by boat, any person who plans to ride on the boat is required to wear a personal flotation device (PFD). The PFD will not be supplied by the government.
