Request for Information a. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Notice to determine any potential sources for information and planning purposes only.
The Office of Business Solutions Procurement Office – Taxpayer Focused Division: Small Business/Self-Employed (SB/SE) Section 2 and the IRS Memphis Campus Site Coordinator are seeking information from potential sources to provide annual maintenance, on-call hardware support and software licensing fees for three (3) Opex Omation envelope slicer machines.
Technical Requirements The IRS has a requirement for provide annual maintenance, on-call hardware support and software licensing fees for three (3) Opex Omation envelope slicer machines. b. INFORMATION REQUESTED Company Information: Company name, mailing address, telephone number(s), point of contact name(s), e-mail address, CAGE code, SAM UEI, and Business size. For small businesses include socioeconomic status (e.g. 8(a), Hubzone, etc.).
Contract Type: Identify any contract vehicle that would be available to the Government for the procurement of these products and services, to include General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NASA SEWP, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle.
NAICS: Identify any alternative NAICS code recommendations Business Size: if a small business under the identified NAICS code, indicate the approximate percentage of the requirement your firm is able to perform. If a large business, identify any appropriate percentage for small business subcontracting opportunities. c. Submission Information: Interested sources submission must be submitted via e-mail by 11 am (EST) on 21 July 2025. All submissions must be sent to neil.d.belden@irs.gov AND patricia.e.brown@irs.gov.
