The IRS is hereby notifying that the delivery order no. 2023H2-25-F-00008 for LucidLink cloud-based NAS equivalent mass storage SaaS was awarded to FCN INC on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the NASA SEWP contract, and all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C).

The IRS is also hereby posting the justificationfor an except to fair opportunity as required by FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D). Any questions regarding this action shall be directed to the IRS Primary Point of Contact via email at Mach.Ngo@irs.gov. Questions received through phone calls or mail will not be acknowledged or responded.
