Virtual Course Materials: Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to VitalSmarts, LC dba Crucial Learning, 320 River Park Dr., Ste SWB, Provo, UT, 84604, for delivery of one thousand (1000) virtual Learning Kits for Crucial Conversation for Managing Dialogue course by Crucial Learning.

The purchase will be made using procurement procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source; or brand name specification.

The proposed contractor developed and owns the propriety and copywrite courseware that IRS employees have received “train the trainer” authorization to use, and materials are needed to teach the course; thereby the proposed source has the sole unique resources required for this acquisition This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the service listed above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to Waquine.J.Thorne@irs.gov and Cathy.S.Collier@irs.gov no later than 1:00 PM ET on Friday, August 23, 2024. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 611430. The small business size standard is $15.0 M.
