Crucial Conversations for Accountability Training Materials

Notice of Intent: Sole Source Contract Award **THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION** The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to VitalSmarts, LC, located at: 320 River Park Drive Suite SWB, Provo, Utah for the purchase of Crucial Conversations for Accountability Training Materials, including workbooks and guides, for course delivery to IRS employees.

This training focuses on providing the skills and confidence for effective feedback and holding crucial conversations while focusing on the agency`s policies and code of business conduct. This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the service listed above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to anthony.r.turner@irs.gov and karla.g.wheelan@irs.gov no later than 11:00am EST on Tuesday, September 2, 2024. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Please note: A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST.

The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is:

611430, Professional and Management Development Training. The business size standard is $15 Million. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information:

1. The name of your company;

2. Company DUNS and/or UEI;

3. POC name and contact information;

4. The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order; and, 5. A description of product/services and overall capabilities. Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov.
