RENTAL OF TRAINING TABLES AND CHAIRS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 5000192110-24-FRTC is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated 4/22/2024. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North America Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532289 – All Other Consumer Goods Rental and a $12.5 million size standards.

IRS Training Center, Dallas, TX requires rental of (144) 24”W x 60”L new/remanufactured training tabletops medium gray or taupe color with fixed height T-leg base and (222) black guest chairs with casters, black mesh back, pattern seat for the office space as described in this Statement of Work (SOW).

The delivery address is 1100 Commerce Building, 2nd Floor, Training Center, Dallas, TX 75242. Questions shall be received no later than 08/02/2024, at 5:00 pm EST. Price quotes shall include all the mandatory clauses, provisions and requirements information identified in the attached RFQ document. Price quotes shall be submitted no later than 08/09/2024 at 12:00 PM EST. This is an open market combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products as defined herein. The government intends to award a Purchase Order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein.
