General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

North: begin at intersection of route 322 and route 1, continue northeast on route 1 to route 352 East: at the intersection of route 1 and route 352, continue south down route 352 to I-95. At I-95 intersection, continue south on I-95 to the PA/DE border.

South: southern most border is the state line between I-95 and route 202 West: Route 202 back to Point of Beginning Minimum Sq. Ft.

0 Additional Requirements: - Occupancy required 5/1/2025 - 10 parking spaces within 2 city blocks of the office space -A space for 1 vehicle 12 feet high, 9 feet wide and 30 feet long -Turning diameter curb to curb of 80 feet Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.

Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Chadds Ford, PA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.

In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
