BPA for Diesel Fuel for Emergency Generators

Seeking contractor to supply low sulfur, dyed, #2 diesel fuel oil, containing less than 0.5% sulfur, for the twenty-seven generator diesel fuel tanks that are at various building locations at Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). Contract would be 1 year, starting August 1, 2024, with 2 option years. This specification covers diesel fuel suitable for use in compression ignition internal combustion engines which includes trucks, heavy equipment, and stationary emergency diesel generators, located at ANL.

The diesel fuel oil classification is to be grade number 2 and shall contain LESS THAN 0.5% SULFUR. The diesel fuel shall be clear hydrocarbon oil, free from suspended water, and free from sediment or suspended foreign matter. The Vendor shall supply WINTER BLEND MIX from October 15 through April 15. Delivery of this contract contract is on a fill-as-needed basis and will be scheduled by the ANL Technical Representative or authorized Call Manager.

All deliveries are to be made within (24) twenty-four hours following the receipt of an order or notification. Normal business hour deliveries shall be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Emergency deliveries shall be made within twelve (12) hours upon receipt of a verbal and/or written order from the Technical Representative or authorized Call Manager. This shall include after hours, weekends, and holidays. See Appendix-B Statement of Work for full project scope.

Provide the following with your quotation: Confirm a fixed price for the DYED ULSD and DYED ULSD WINTER to be used for the contract period. Signed Page one of the RFQ (ANL-70). Completed Pre-Award Reps & Certs (ANL-70B). Published Price List or Redacted Invoice for price reasonableness. Proof of active SAM.gov registration.
