Coated Stainless Steel Samples

Sourcing Coated Stainless Steel samples with the following specifications: With cold spray: 6" x 6 "x 0.25" steel coupons coated with pure Ni (target coating thickness: 250 um or ~0.01") 6" x 6 "x 0.25"steel coupons coated with pure Mo (target coating thickness: 250 um or ~0.01") 6" x 6 "x 0.25" steel coupons coated with pure Ni-Mo (target coating thickness: 250 um or ~0.01") 6" x 6 "x 0.25" steel coupons coated with pure Cr (target coating thickness: 250 um or ~0.01") With plasma/thermal spray: 6" x 6 "x 0.25" steel coupons coated with pure Al2O3 (target coating thickness: 100-120 um or ~0.005") 6" x 6 "x 0.25" steel coupons coated with pure Y2O3 (target coating thickness: 100-120 um or ~0.005") The steel substrate used here will be in the form of 304 Stainless Steel Sheets, which we will provide from ANL to the vendor, as well as the Yttria powder.

Requirements: We only require coating of one side of the steel sheets. We also need only one sample per coating chemistry. Ni-Mo target composition is Ni-20wt%Mo.
