Review of Instructions to Bidders, dated 02/20/2024 Review and acceptance of the ANL-71 COM Terms and Conditions Review of Statement of Work, Bldg 364 12A/12B Switchgear Replacement, dated 02/15/2024 Review of Drawings, Building 364 Switchgear 12A-12B Replacement Review of Specifications for Building 364 12A-12B Switchgear Replacement – Phase 1, dated January 2024 Completion of Reps & Certs, ANL-70B, dated 06/06/2022 Completion of Pricing Schedule RFQ: 4-B175-Q-00277-00 Executed ANL-70 Request for Quotation (Signed on Page 1) Proposal Lead Time Country of Origin Provide Price Justification in the form of a public pricelist or redacted invoice to support quoted pricing.

Review and completion of Addendum 0001 - The proposal due date has been extended to 03/15/2024. Review and completion of Addendum 0002 -Additional information has been provided based on an inquiry. Review and completion of Addendum 0003 - The proposal due date has been extended to 03/20/2024. Review and completion of Addendum 0003 - The proposal due date has been extended to 03/22/2024.
