The US Army Medical Command, Regional HealthContracting Office – West Branch intends to award a non-competitive sole source contract for the procurement ofDraeger Anesthesia equipment maintenance to STERIS Corporation.: 5960 Heisley Rd, Mentor, Ohio 44060. The Proposed Contractor shall provide annual support andmaintenance for STERIS equipment throughout Martin Army Community Hospital (MACH) for a period of performance from 06/01/202 6to 05/31/2031.

Services and maintenance must be 100% combability withexisting equipment used throughout MACH. Sole source de-termination is based on the need for the equipment serviceand maintenance for Martin Army Community Hospital,Fort Benning, GA. STERIS Corporation is the only company that pro-vides the service and maintenance for their equipment.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)code for this acquisition is 811210, Electronic and PrecisionEquipment Repair and Maintenance Services, and the sizestandard is 34 million. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not arequest for competitive proposals. There will be no solicita-tion available for competitive quotes.

Any response to thisnotice must show clear and convincing evidence that com-petition would be advantageous to the Government.Respondents are advised that the Government is under noobligation to acknowledge receipt of the information re-ceived or provide feedback to respondents with respect toany information submitted. If no affirmative written re-sponse is received by Closing Date/Time, the contract willbe issued without further notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete withthe proposed procurement base upon responses to this no-tice is solely within the discretion of the Government.Information received will be considered solely for the pur-pose of determining whether to conduct competitive pro-curement in the future.

Any solicitation resulting from theanalysis of information obtained will be announced to thepublic in Federal Business Opportunities in accordance withFAR Part 5. However, responses to this notice will not beconsidered adequate responses to a solicitation. No propri-etary, classified, confidential, or sensitive informationshould be included in your response. The Government re-serves the right to use any non-proprietary technical infor-mation in any resultant solicitation(s).
