Coding It Forward Fellows (Brand Name Justification)

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Information Technology Category (ITC) identified a need for six (6) Coding It Forward Fellows in support of relevant tasks and projects within the agency.

The Government intends to award a sole source (brand name) purchase order to Reveal Global Consulting LLC, 342 North Queen Street, Lancaster, PA 17603-3072 using procedures outlined in FAR 13.106-1(b); as there is only one responsible source, and no other supplies or service will satisfy the agency requirement.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under number 47QTCB24Q0008 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested from the anticipated awardee and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement provides six (6) fellows during the 2024 summer term. The Government requires part-time fellows (current students and recent graduates) with skills in cybersecurity, data science and analytics, design, product management, and software engineering. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.

Any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted for future requirements. Interested parties may submit a description of their capabilities to successfully satisfy a requirement for Coding It Forward Fellows.
