Notice of Sole Source Modification

This notice is issued in accordance with GSAM 528.7104-3(b)(3). On behalf of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS) has issued a modification on a sole-source basis to task order 75F40125F80091, issued against the GSA FSS contract 47QTCA20D00CG to:

CWC GROUP LLC NALRJ1HCCKU6 16701 MELFORD BLVD STE 400 BOWIE MD 207154411 This modification was issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency, because it is a logical follow-on to an FSS order which was issued by FDA on a competitive basis.
