Notice of Intent to Sole Source

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER TO Teradyne, Inc, UEI: PQA5MF4SGFC9 The intent is to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1, Soliciting from a single source. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS), Large Special Order Program (SOP), intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price non-competitive single sourced award with Teradyne, Inc., an other than small business.

This single source award is for the procurement of Guardian Test Platforms on behalf of the United States Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Program Management Aviation – 260 (PMA-260), Common Aviation Support Equipment Program Office, Patuxent River, Maryland. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals or quotes, however all responsible capable sources may submit statements of capabilities, which, if received within 5 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by GSA.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS IS NOTA REQUEST FOR QUOTE.PROPOSAL AND IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT.
