GSA, Federal Acquisition Service, Direct Demand Contract Solutions Division is issuing this RFQ for two (2) each Industrial Fluid Distribution and Storage Systems, American Patriot Sales & Service (Sanitz) P/N AP1001317, or Equal.

Please see attached RFQ documents for terms, conditions and product salient characteristics.  NOTE: ATTACHED RFQ DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED, SIGNED AND RETURNED NO LATER THAN DATE AND DATE OF CLOSING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR OFFER NOT BEING CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
